We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time, on-site position. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Customer Service Specialist will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support across various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. This role is integral to assisting customers throughout their car buying and selling journey on the Carly platform, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information about our products and services. The specialist will be responsible for resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Carly’s products and services.
  • Assist customers with their car buying and selling processes.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain service records.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Actively gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer support or a related customer service role.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required; good proficiency in English is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Prior experience in the automotive sector or online retail is an advantage.
