Role Purpose

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels, including calls, messages, and social media platforms.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with services and resolutions.
• Efficiently handle customer complaints, providing appropriate and timely solutions.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to facilitate the resolution of customer requests and issues.

Qualifications and Experience
