Core Responsibilities

The Deputy Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to company and brand standards. This includes understanding individual customer needs and staying aware of current market trends and competitor activities. The role involves driving sales performance by actively pursuing opportunities for business improvement and meeting key performance indicator (KPI) targets. Additionally, the Deputy Store Manager will manage and implement sales promotions and brand activities, ensuring effective communication with relevant support teams to maximize sales potential.

Operational Management

A key aspect of this role is ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store, particularly during the Store Manager's absence. This includes proactively addressing any potential disruptions to the business in a timely manner.
