Job Description
A Performance Marketing Specialist is required to create social platform accounts and raise approval for account verification for each client that requires it. Media development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase sales and attract customers, managing online ad campaigns such as paid ads on social media and internal and external search, measuring and analyzing data and key performance indicators, providing regular reports and making strategic decisions based on data, optimizing user experience and improving the website or application to increase conversion rates and overall performance, collaborating with the creative or technical team to create effective and engaging ad content, managing the marketing budget and identifying the most effective and appropriate investments to achieve goals, keeping up with new developments in the field of digital marketing and adopting modern tools and technologies to improve performance. These are some of the responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Manager aimed at achieving marketing goals and effectively increasing return on investment.
Job Responsibilities
• Monitoring key marketing performance metrics, including social engagement and website
• Identifying and researching new opportunities to expand our online presence
• Developing marketing strategies to expand our client base
• Collaborating with our content team to drive projects forward and ensure that all campaigns align with marketing and branding strategies
• Communicating with our company partners and clients
Qualifications and Experience
 
• Marketing for stores and charities
• Marketing applications 
• Worked in the Gulf market 
• Previous experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role
• 
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of analytics and search engine optimization tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush, and SpyFu)
• Strong ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand strategies
• Strong experience in campaign analysis and reporting
