Join RADCARE as a Digital Marketing Specialist!
As a key member of our marketing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing innovative online marketing campaigns aimed at driving patient engagement and increasing our medical center's visibility in the community.

Job Purpose:
To enhance our online presence, manage digital platforms, and ensure brand consistency while complying with the healthcare marketing regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our diagnostic imaging, radiotherapy, laboratory, and outpatient services.
  • Manage and update the center’s website with SEO best practices to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Plan and execute paid online campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Maintain active social media presence across multiple platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook), creating engaging content tailored for our healthcare audience.
  • Monitor online reputation, responding to patient reviews and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Create targeted email marketing campaigns for patient education and service promotion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce impactful patient-centered content including blogs and videos.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in healthcare marketing to enhance our strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with the guidelines set by the Saudi Ministry of Health.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management.
  • Experience with graphic design tools and video editing is preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Saudi healthcare marketing guidelines is a plus.
