Role Summary:
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will support and lead key digital initiatives across performance marketing, social media, e-commerce growth, and customer engagement. This role works closely with marketing, creative, CRM, and agency partners to execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across all online and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
    • Drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions for both in-store and ecommerce platforms.
    • Execute digital campaigns for promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.
  • E Commerce & Online Growth:
    • Support strategies to grow online sales and improve customer retention.
    • Coordinate with UX/UI and web teams to enhance website performance and user experience.
    • Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
  • Offline Digital Marketing & In Store Promotions:
    • Execute digital initiatives to boost instore footfall (SMS campaigns, geotargeted ads, etc.).
    • Integrate digital touchpoints into offline customer journeys (QR codes, kiosks, digital screens).
    • Use analytics to understand customer behavior and support personalized marketing.
  • Social Media & Content Management:
    • Manage social media calendars, content planning, and daily posting.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
    • Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and agencies for campaigns.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and ROAS.
    • Optimize budgets and digital channels for maximum efficiency.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other dashboards for reporting.
  • Customer Engagement & CRM:
    • Work with CRM teams to support loyalty and retention initiatives.
    • Execute personalized email and SMS campaigns.
    • Use marketing automation tools to streamline communication workflows.
  • Partnerships & Vendor Coordination:
    • Coordinate with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.
    • Track deliverables, performance, and ensure ROI on digital spends.
    • Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or ecommerce.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • English required; Arabic preferred.
