Impact46 is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 5-10 years of relevant experience who are ready to manage and optimize our critical IT infrastructure and digital solutions.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the company's data center operations, design and implement the internal network infrastructure, and oversee the integration of existing organizational systems. The specialist will ensure seamless connectivity and operational efficiency across all digital platforms within Impact46.

Key Responsibilities: Data Center Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company's data center, including servers, storage, and power/cooling systems.
• Monitor data center performance to ensure uptime, security, and effective capacity planning.
• Implement and maintain data center policies, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities: Network Infrastructure

• Design, establish, and maintain the company's internal network (LAN/WAN).
• Configure and manage network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Ensure network security, monitor performance, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Plan network scalability to effectively support company growth.

Key Responsibilities: Systems Integration

• Take ownership of existing company systems, including ERP, CRM, databases, and various applications.
• Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between different systems and platforms.
• Identify inefficiencies or gaps within the current system architecture and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system upgrades and integration projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server infrastructure, and virtualization technologies.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
