About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Director of Implementation to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for leading the strategic implementation planning and governance across the Qiddiya portfolio, ensuring alignment with development objectives and investment priorities. The Director will drive integrated planning, data integrity, and cross-functional dependency management within a large-scale development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of implementation plans, development strategies, and delivery requirements to establish a coordinated planning environment.
• Evaluate development assumptions, implementation priorities, and sequencing strategies to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide strategic implementation-planning recommendations to Executive Management.
• Establish and govern the implementation data framework, ensuring accuracy and consistency for executive decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in data governance, reporting automation, and digital analytics.
• Establish governance mechanisms for dependency identification, tracking, and resolution across developments.
• Lead enterprise-wide integration across districts, Business Units, and corporate functions.
• Lead the development and continual enhancement of the Qiddiya Implementation Plan.
• Govern the enterprise implementation planning framework, including policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead the governance and evolution of the Development Data Register as the authoritative source of information.
• Lead the development and enhancement of the Qiddiya Implementation Model for portfolio planning.

Strategic and Operational Leadership

• Lead the implementation of the Implementation department strategy, aligning with Qiddiya's development objectives.
• Establish and govern the implementation planning and readiness management framework.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Management and various Business Units.
• Lead continuous enhancement of planning and governance practices through innovative methodologies.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Implementation department, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee the implementation reporting framework, ensuring timely and accurate executive reports and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of implementation planning, phasing, scenario analysis, infrastructure readiness, and cross-functional dependency management within large-scale development environments.

Required Skills

• Ability to analyze operational data and information to support decision-making and identify issues.
• Strong coordination skills to ensure effective execution of activities and alignment across teams.
• Proficiency in managing team activities, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in deliverables.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the strategic development of Qiddiya.
