About the Opportunity

Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to join a leading client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is a prominent organization managing a large-scale, high-profile development with a strong focus on integrated facilities and asset management. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional.

The Role

The Director of Facilities Management will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of integrated facilities and asset management for a significant portfolio. This role requires a leader who can drive operational excellence, manage complex contracts, and ensure the efficient and sustainable operation of large-scale facilities within a high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Hard & Soft FM operations across a large-scale portfolio.
• Drive asset lifecycle management, operational readiness, and service excellence.
• Manage FM contracts, vendors, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and KPI/SLA performance.
• Oversee engineering, maintenance, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM)/Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), compliance, and risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in integrated Facilities Management, asset management, and contractor governance.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale facilities.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms (*, IBM Maximo) is preferred.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly desirable.
