Job Description: Supervisor of the Electrical Department (Car Maintenance Center)

Job Summary

The Electrical Department Supervisor is responsible for directly overseeing all diagnosis, repair, and maintenance work of electrical and electronic systems in vehicles within the maintenance center.
The supervisor ensures work quality, technician efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards set by the manufacturer and the center. He also serves as a technical point of contact for solving complex problems and training the team.

Key Responsibilities

1.Technical Supervision and Operations Management:
Distributing work tasks to electrical and electronics technicians and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion with the highest quality.
Reviewing and evaluating diagnosis and repair reports prepared by technicians, and providing necessary technical support to resolve complex issues.
Ensuring the proper and efficient use of modern diagnostic tools and equipment (such as testing devices and oscilloscopes).
Supervising the programming of electronic control units (ECUs) and updating vehicle software.
2.Quality and Compliance:
Ensuring that all repair work is carried out according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturer specifications (OEM).
Performing final quality checks (QC) on vehicles after completing electrical work to ensure they are free of any remaining faults.
Strictly adhering to all occupational safety regulations within the department.
3.Team Management and Development:
Identifying training needs for technicians and developing training programs to enhance their skills in dealing with new technologies in automotive electrical and electronics.
Regularly evaluating technicians' performance and providing constructive feedback.
Motivating the team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
4.Inventory and Resource Management:
