Join J:OIL as a Human Resources Manager
In this vital role, you will lead and develop the Human Resources function by designing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with our business objectives and operational scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee Human Resources operations across head office and all fuel station locations in the Kingdom.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment processes for various roles within the organization.
  • Design performance management and employee development programs.
  • Establish and enhance HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 12 years of progressive HR experience in medium to large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, workforce planning, and governance.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
