About the Enterprise Account Manager Role

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving strategic growth and managing key client relationships within Saudi Arabia. The role involves selling complex enterprise software solutions to large industrial and government organizations.

Role Context and Objectives

This position is designed to expand our strategic footprint across Saudi Arabia by focusing on enterprise hunting and developing new business opportunities. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within target organizations, ensuring alignment with regional growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing enterprise and government accounts within Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for large enterprise and government clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with executive stakeholders across business, operations, HSE, risk, digital transformation, and IT departments.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles, addressing legal, procurement, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with partners, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem players to generate and advance sales opportunities.
  • Identify client operational and business challenges and effectively position Enablon solutions.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline that aligns with regional growth targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with presales, services, customer success, and partner teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and adhere to CRM discipline for all opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • A strong network and proven experience within the oil & gas, utilities, industrial, or government sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate sales pipeline and successfully close complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in executive communication and negotiation.
  • Experience working with System Integrator (SI) and partner-led sales models.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with EHS, ORM, ESG, ERP, industrial software, or operational transformation solutions is highly preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires extensive engagement with large enterprise and government clients across the region.
