About the Executive Assistant Role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Partner-level consultants within its Middle East office in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience to provide comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing bilingual (English/Arabic) executive-level administrative support to 1-3 Partner-level consultants. Standard working hours are 09:00 – 18:00, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

  • Business Development Support: Build client relationships, understand Partner business goals, lead administrative support for RFPs/tender responses, maintain CRM contact lists and business activities, track sales activity/pipeline, execute follow-up calls, and assist with customized mailings. Prepare documents using Oliver Wyman formatting styles.
  • Calendaring Management: Maintain diaries for Partners, schedule internal and external meetings, and proactively identify opportunities for scheduling various types of meetings and follow-ups. Assist with scheduling complex projects.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel and accommodation, including booking cars and rail tickets. Liaise with mobility and HR for business visas/work permits. Develop an understanding of Partner scheduling and travel preferences, and coordinate travel efficiently.
  • Daily Administration: Manage documents and project deliverables, notify staffing and Practice EAs of changes, and manage confidential client information. Act as a central point of contact for administrative needs.
  • Timesheet and Expense Reporting: Prepare monthly timesheets and expense reports for assigned Partners, or delegate as necessary. Request Purchase Orders (POs) as needed.
  • Team Support: Provide coverage for absent EAs, offer short-term support during transitions or for new hires, and train new EAs. Participate in team meetings and projects focused on process improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar executive assistant role.
  • Experience in financial services, management consultancy, or a professional services environment is preferred.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable with Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics), Google Drive, and SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role is part of the IMEA (India Middle East Africa) team within Oliver Wyman's Middle East office.
