About the Executive Assistant Role

Merak Capital is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a Partner in managing daily activities and engagements. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a dedicated individual to ensure the smooth operation of the Partner's professional life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Partner with a range of personal and managerial daily tasks.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, optimize time allocation, arrange travel, track expenses, and handle meeting logistics.
  • Support the planning, organization, and scheduling of external conferences and events.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for inbound and outbound communications, including emails, memos, and calls.
  • Maintain organized systems for Partner documentation, filings, and materials required for engagements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding the Partner and the organization.
  • Draft meeting agendas, gather relevant briefs, and provide the Partner with key insights prior to board, investor, or regular meetings.
  • Assist in preparing talking points, investor letters, internal memos, and presentations.
  • Track action items from meetings and ensure teams are accountable for decisions made.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 1-4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Management, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated high degree of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in producing well-designed presentations and documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role operates within a professional environment requiring discretion and efficiency.
