About the Executive Office Manager Role

THIQAH is seeking an experienced Executive Office Manager to oversee the operations of the Chief's office in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in executive support and office management, focusing on efficiency, coordination, and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Chief's office operations to ensure high efficiency and smooth administrative workflows.
  • Oversee the Chief's calendar and appointments, coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare and track meeting agendas, document minutes, and record decisions.
  • Follow up on the execution of decisions and tasks issued by the Chief's office with relevant departments.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate communication between the Chief's office and other departments, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage official correspondence in both Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize official events and visits, and host senior guests.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive commercial-sector information and documents.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic sales/commercial performance reports in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Manage the Chief's office operating budget when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in executive office management or senior management support roles.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. The Executive Office Manager will play a crucial part in supporting the Chief's strategic objectives by ensuring efficient office operations and effective communication across the organization.
