About the Executive Assistant Role
GRG is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the CEO in Makkah. This full-time position requires a highly organized and discreet professional to manage the CEO's daily priorities, maximizing their time and efficiency. The role involves significant coordination across company operations and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Core Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a range of critical administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office and support overall business functions. Key duties include:
- Managing the CEO's diary, calendar, and all scheduling activities.
- Coordinating all domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Serving as a central point of coordination for various company operations.
- Anticipating the CEO's needs and proactively resolving issues to optimize their time.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this position must meet specific criteria to effectively fulfill the role's demands. Essential qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager role.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
- A highly presentable and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
