About the Executive Assistant Role
SEA Ventures is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to the CEO. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a key liaison, ensuring efficient communication and execution of tasks and projects.
Core Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, and executive priorities. This includes arranging domestic and international travel, preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence, and managing incoming communications to ensure timely follow-up. The role involves attending meetings, recording minutes, and tracking action items. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will conduct research to support executive decision-making, coordinate executive events, and support cross-functional projects.
Key Duties and Tasks
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and executive priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage communications and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and track progress.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries for executive decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive events and engagements.
- Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain filing systems and administrative processes.
- Monitor office requirements and coordinate with vendors.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactively solve problems and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Accommodate after-hours commitments and weekend work as required.
- Be available for travel as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives, Chairmen, Founders, or Senior Leaders. Experience in executive administration, office management, project coordination, or personal assistance is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily operations, complex calendars, travel arrangements, and stakeholder relationships. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
