Are you an organized and proactive individual ready to support top management? Esnad Contracting Company, based in Riyadh, is looking for an Executive Secretary to manage administrative and secretarial tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Prepare official letters, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
  • Receive visitors and guests and coordinate meetings.
  • Monitor projects and tenders through the Etimad platform and prepare related status reports and outcomes.
  • Perform daily administrative and secretarial duties.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the Etimad platform.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours.
