Role Overview:
As the Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing executive-level administrative support
  • Managing schedules and appointments
  • Handling clerical duties, including correspondence
  • Organizing meetings and maintaining records
  • Facilitating day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess:
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks, managing schedules, and coordinating office activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in supporting executive leadership
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong personality with leadership qualities and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
