About the Role

Align Technology is seeking a Field Clinical Liaison to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This field-based role serves as the primary point of contact for dentists and orthodontists within a designated region. The core mission is to provide clinical education, foster clear communication, and offer comprehensive support to customers. The Field Clinical Liaison will empower dental professionals to become proficient in the Invisalign technique, thereby enhancing their clinical confidence and proficiency. This position requires significant travel within the assigned territory to visit doctors in their clinical practices, focusing on improving their understanding and application of the Invisalign technique and driving the adoption of digital workflows and advanced treatment planning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent field visits, dedicating at least 70% of time to direct customer engagement.
  • Provide essential clinical support and education to orthodontists and dentists in private clinics, DSO organizations, and universities.
  • Cultivate strong peer-to-peer relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), guiding them in treatment planning and the utilization of new digital workflows within the Advanced Digital Platform (ADP).
  • Offer coaching to HCPs to empower them to become educators for their peers.
  • Plan and execute interactive roundtables with customers to facilitate case discussions and foster peer-to-peer networking and learning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute and coordinate Align's educational programs, contributing to the achievement of predefined business goals.
  • Contribute independently to projects and may also contribute through others on key initiatives.
  • Teach and mentor L4 & L5 clinical specialists, sharing valuable experiences to support business growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives for the assigned territory.
  • Independently and timely plan visits and group sessions based on business requirements, with general supervision and alignment with the sales team.
  • Recommend new approaches and actively seek opportunities to enhance HCPs' learning curves and the adoption of digital workflows.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or a Master's degree from a four-year college or university, ideally in dentistry or orthodontics.
  • Typically possess 4-6 years of directly related experience in a clinical or educational capacity within the dental field.
  • Demonstrate proficient negotiation skills and a challenger approach.
  • Exhibit strong didactical, presentation, and facilitator skills.
  • Possess the ability to effectively train medical staff in the proficient use of the product.
  • Native Arabic speaker with good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Currently residing in KSA with a transferable Iqama is preferred.
