Role Responsibilities:

• Join our financial business and play an integral part in a team of specialists.
• Apply sound understanding of Project Financial Accounting.
• Assist unit leader to manage unit finances, registering projects, recognizing revenue, and adjusting project budgets.
• Ensure timely invoicing of all unbilled work in progress (WIP).
• Assist in compiling information for monthly reporting and annual budgets.
• Process journals and invoices while managing project accounting for multiple projects.
• Utilize strong organizational and planning skills.
• Leverage accounting systems knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of Project Accounting experience.
• BCom Finance Degree preferred.

Skills and Characteristics:

• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with Vantagepoint or other project accounting software is preferred.
• PowerBI skills are advantageous.

We are looking for a dedicated Financial Accountant to enhance our financial operations in Saudi Arabia. The Role:
- Prepare monthly management accounts for review by the Financial Controller.
- Process intercompany billing and manage regular payments.
- Develop the annual budget and conduct variance analysis.
- Create cash flow forecasts and manage working capital.
- Prepare invoices, ensuring timely submission in Deltek.
- Liaise with clients regarding post-invoicing.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain the cashbook.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of VAT and GOSI reports.
- Support payroll processing and local audits.

The Skills:
- Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of KSA tax regulations and local requirements.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
