About the Role:
As a SOCPA-registered Accountant within our Finance team, you will leverage your accounting expertise to deliver impactful financial insights through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in guiding data-driven strategic decisions, contributing to the dynamic growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather data and insights.
  • Provide financial analysis for special projects and senior management requests.
  • Manage internal approval processes for budgets and actual spending.
  • Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and company policies.
  • Engage in the annual budgeting process, setting realistic financial targets.
  • Prepare detailed budget documentation and facilitate presentations.
  • Maintain rolling forecasts to predict financial performance based on historical data.
  • Perform variance analysis, identifying trends and anomalies.
  • Conduct profitability analysis on products and services.
  • Prepare timely financial reports for management with key insights.
  • Develop dashboards using BI tools for effective communication of financial metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 35 years of relevant experience.
  • SOCPA registration is mandatory.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with financial software (ERP systems, BI tools).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Integrity and professionalism are essential.
  • Certifications such as CMA, CFA, AFM, or FMVA are preferred.
