About the Role:
As a Financial Accountant II, you will manage and support core accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day financial accounting operations.
  • Monitor and validate prepaid and accrual accounts, asset tracking, amortization, and depreciation.
  • Record and reconcile payroll transactions.
  • Prepare reports required by ZATCA.
  • Guide accounting assistants and bookkeepers for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with departments to support financial needs.
  • Review current accounting practices and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting; 3-5 years of relevant experience; at least 2 years in Fintech preferred; excellent communication and analytical skills; flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
