NHC is seeking a talented Finance Senior Specialist to oversee project expenditures, identify and mitigate financial risks, and support profit management and costing activities throughout the organization and its subsidiaries. This role is crucial for ensuring financial control, providing strategic financial insight, and enhancing decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Control: Ensure processes align with NHC’s strategic objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to enhance organizational health.
  • Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage financial risks associated with project execution.
  • Strategic Support: Assist in strategic financial planning to achieve organizational goals.
Functional Accountabilities:
  • Costing & Budgeting: Develop accurate costing methodologies for NHC projects.
  • Financial Monitoring: Track expenditures, compare with planned budgets, and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Financial Framework: Assist in developing frameworks that align with NHC’s goals while managing risks.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparency by collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 4+ years of experience in budgeting and costing analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) for creating professional presentations and reports.
