A well-established healthcare company based in Riyadh is looking for a skilled and driven Finance Manager to join its growing team.

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who does not only bring solid financial expertise, but also has the vision to lead change, improve systems, and support the company’s continued growth. If you have a passion for numbers, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience with modern financial tools and ERP systems — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily financial and accounting operations.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and periodic financial reports.
  • Lead the digital transformation of financial systems (ERP implementation and migration).
  • Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Manage and develop the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, SOCPA or equivalent certifications preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the finance field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret financial reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
