Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Banking & Treasury Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level role suitable for recent graduates or candidates with limited experience who are interested in building a career in finance and treasury. The role involves supporting banking operations, cash management, and coordination with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily banking operations and account management
Support cash flow tracking and reporting
Help process payments, transfers, and collections
Maintain records of financial transactions and bank activities
Assist in preparing basic financial and cash flow reports
Communicate with banks and internal teams regarding transactions
Support compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in foreign exchange (FX) transactions when required
Provide administrative support to the finance and treasury team
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
No prior experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required
Basic knowledge of finance or banking concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and organizational skills

This includes having a strong understanding of financial reporting processes and risk management, as well as proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required, while a Master’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Soft Skills
Proficient communication skills in English, capable of driving accountability within diverse teams. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are essential.

Travel Requirements
This position may require 100% travel within Saudi Arabia.
