Join Mesahat Company as a Site Engineer!
Mesahat Company, a leader in Interior Design & Contracting, is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to manage on-site fit-out execution and support project pricing, BOQs, and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily fit-out and finishing works, including architectural and interior finishes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams for carpentry, gypsum/partitions, painting, MEP, etc.
  • Ensure all executions match the drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and approved materials.
  • Conduct site measurements, material take-offs, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports and quality inspection notes.
  • Create BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing for finishing in new projects.
  • Prepare and review quotations for materials and labor, supporting procurement as needed.
  • Manage snag lists and ensure proper handover and project close-out.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in fit-out/finishing, preferably with villas and apartments.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in pricing, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and quotation preparation.
  • Good reporting and communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel is a plus.
  • Must have a car and a valid driving license.
