Key Accountabilities:
  • Class Delivery & Engagement: Conduct group classes that are inclusive and suitable for all fitness levels. Ensure classes are motivating and adhere to brand standards.
  • Member Experience & Retention: Build relationships with members to enhance loyalty, gather feedback, and support branch events.
  • Professional Development & Compliance: Maintain valid fitness certifications, comply with safety policies, and participate in workshops.

Requirements:
  • Certified Group Exercise Instructor (ACE, AFAA, Les Mills, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in group fitness instruction.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of class structure, music selection, and instruction techniques.
