The Role of Floor Manager

Everhires is seeking a Floor Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations and ensuring high standards of service and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff during service hours.
• Ensure that service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate floor timing effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
• Manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Oversee Point of Sale (POS) operations, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with all municipality hygiene and safety standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Floor Manager position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations.
