Food & Beverage Counter Attendant

We are looking for a professional baker with experience in preparing dough and baking in a traditional tandoor oven. The ideal candidate must demonstrate precision, commitment, and high product quality.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle dough through all stages (mixing – kneading – fermentation – shaping).
• Bake products in a traditional tandoor oven with proper heat control and professionalism.
• Monitor dough quality to ensure ideal texture and taste.
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team and handle work pressure.

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous experience working with a tandoor oven.
• Good knowledge of different types of flour and fermentation methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality and strong discipline.
• A valid health certificate is preferred.

• Market Development & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with main contractors, consultants, developers, and other key decision-makers.
• Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth.
• Tender & Proposal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate submission of prequalification documents, proposals, and bids.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and project forecasts to senior management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to ensure client expectations are aligned and met.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Administration.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales/business development in the MEP contracting field in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in clerical skills, including file management, scheduling, and organization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in company secretarial work and handling confidential information professionally.
• Capabilities in executive administrative assistance, including managing calendars and supporting project workflows.
• Customer service experience to provide excellent client and partner interaction.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
