The Role of Founding Partner | Growth & Partnerships

Tend Trend is seeking a Founding Partner to join its founding team. This contract-based partnership role is designed for a seasoned hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience who will lead the company's growth initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine deep market relationships with the ability to convert these into sustainable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development and drive revenue growth across corporate, government, and private client segments.
• Establish connections with key decision-makers, venues, hotels, and premium suppliers.
• Build and maintain a trusted network of licensed kitchens, service teams, and specialist partners.
• Collaborate with the Founder & CEO to shape the go-to-market strategy, client experience, and service standards.
• Represent Tend Trend with the professionalism and discretion expected by clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong market relationships.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
• Experience in managing logistics and operations for private occasions or events.
