About the Role

BRAU. in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Front of House team member to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This full-time role is essential for delivering a seamless and elevated client experience within the salon, focusing on welcoming clients, managing bookings, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the salon environment. The position supports both clients and the wider team, maintaining the high standards of service that define the BRAU. brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage their journey according to BRAU. customer service standards.
• Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including payment collection and daily financial reconciliation.
• Host clients and proactively seek opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Review appointment schedules and client profiles daily, adding necessary notes.
• Manage and optimize the studio's appointment schedule.
• Maintain comprehensive client profiles, populating them with notes and data.
• Address client complaints with empathy and courtesy, rectifying issues as needed.
• Inform clients about their expected experience and provide relevant reading materials (menu, styles, images).
• Follow up with clients who are running late for appointments.
• Assist clients in completing consultation forms.
• Provide information on services and products using correct BRAU. terminology.
• Recommend and educate clients on retail products suitable for their needs.
• Be aware of and address or escalate client comments or concerns.
• Communicate any staff or client occurrences requiring attention to management.
• Assist in operational areas as requested by management.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information, files, records, and reports.
• Support artists with their schedule requirements.
• Follow up with clients as required.
• Maintain comprehensive records for audits, ensuring correct paperwork and noting any issues.
• Work towards achieving in-house sales targets, including upselling treatments, retail, and packages.
• Perform client consultations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a front of house, reception, hospitality, or customer service role is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software (email, calendars, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and adaptability to learning bespoke booking or CRM systems.
• Basic numeracy and experience handling cash or point-of-sale systems are desirable.
• Reliable, punctual, and presentable with a client-first attitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends, based on operational needs.
