General Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills with proficiency in accounting software.

Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the general ledger
• Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Creating financial statements and reports for management review
• Participating in audit preparations and liaising with external auditors
• Managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Supporting budget preparation and variance analysis
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
