Accountant (Physical Store + Online Store)

Tasks and Responsibilities

•Manage daily accounts and prepare periodic financial reports.

•Deal with Zid platform and connect inventory between the physical store and the online store, and adjust the periodic inventory operations.

•Follow up and supply value-added tax and ensure the accuracy of tax records.

•Handle human resources and payroll platforms like Qiwa and Mudad.

•Supervise the management of the store and warehouse and organize the movement of items and inventory.

•Prepare electronic orders and ensure product matching and packaging.

•Print shipping invoices and enter them into the platforms correctly and organized.

•Manage shipping and delivery through platforms like Jahez, HungerStation, and The Chefz, ensuring accurate order submissions.

•Prepare financial reports for sales through various channels and analyze performance.

•Follow up on expenses, payments, and invoices, ensuring their accuracy.

•Provide accounting solutions and reports that support management in making financial and operational decisions.

Requirements

•Previous experience in accounting, preferably with experience in e-commerce.

•Good knowledge of using the Zid platform and inventory management systems.

•Familiarity with government systems such as Qiwa and Mudad.

•Proficiency in dealing with shipping systems and managing electronic orders.

•Proficient in using accounting software (like Qeyood, Dafater, or others).

•Strong analytical skills and high accuracy in work.

Work Information

•Working hours: 8 hours daily.

•Working days: 6 days a week.

•Salary: starts from 3500 SAR (determined based on competence and experience).
