General Accountant

• Maintain a complete set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, manage payroll, and prepare tax filings.
• Support during audits and assist in budget preparations.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth work processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in financial accounting and management accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash flow records.
• Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger integrity.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Analyze financial data and prepare periodic reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Assist in audits and provide required documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 34 years of accounting experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Foodics, Xero, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid certificates of experience in similar roles.
• Reference contacts from previous employers.
