About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 3 to 4 years of experience in the food sector to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording, reconciling, and analyzing financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash flow records.
  • Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger integrity.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare periodic reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Assist in audits and provide required documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 34 years of accounting experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Foodics, Xero, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid certificates of experience in similar roles.
  • Reference contacts from previous employers.
