General Manager Automotive Protection & Car Care

About the Role

HCP Automotive is seeking a General Manager for Automotive Protection & Car Care in Riyadh. This full-time leadership position involves building, leading, and scaling a new automotive protection and premium car care group. The role requires an individual with extensive technical expertise combined with commercial vision and entrepreneurial drive to establish a high-performing business.

Role Mandate

The General Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive development of the division. This includes establishing operational infrastructure, building a capable team, driving commercial growth, and expanding the group’s regional presence. This is a mandate focused on business creation and scaling, rather than conventional management.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Securing new business, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing relationships with dealerships, automotive groups, and premium vehicle owners.
• Business Set-Up & Scaling: Establishing operational processes, facilities, systems, and service standards to support sustainable expansion.
• Technical Ability: Ensuring quality and consistency across services such as PPF installation, detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and associated protection services.
• Leadership & Training: Recruiting, training, and developing technical, operational, and commercial teams.
• Commercial Performance: Taking accountability for revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience in automotive protection and car care is required.
• Candidates must currently operate in a leadership or management role within the PPF, detailing, or premium automotive care industry.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is expected.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on establishing and expanding a market-leading automotive protection business.
