General Manager SaaS / Technology

Overview of the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking an experienced General Manager for a leading technology and SaaS company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the company's operations in the Kingdom, focusing on commercial performance, business growth, customer outcomes, and market development.

Role Purpose and Context

The General Manager will be responsible for leading the Saudi business unit. This includes driving revenue and SaaS growth, expanding market share, increasing product penetration, and ensuring customer retention. The role also requires building strategic relationships and representing the company within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the KSA business and execute the Saudi business plan.
• Drive revenue, SaaS growth, market share, Pay attach, and product penetration.
• Improve customer retention, manage churn, and increase customer value.
• Lead business development, market expansion, and strategic commercial initiatives.
• Build relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at senior meetings, industry events, and key engagements.
• Lead and develop the Saudi team and ensure effective business execution.
• Monitor performance and provide business updates and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 10 years of experience in business growth, revenue generation, and commercial performance.
• Strong experience in SaaS / Technology and commercial operations.
• Experience in customer growth, retention, churn, product adoption, or cross-selling is preferred.
• Strong Saudi market knowledge and established strategic stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in F&B, Hospitality, Technology/SaaS is preferred; consulting experience is an advantage.
