About the General Service Support Role

Philips is seeking a General Service Support Graduate to join the Health Systems Services Delivery team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, entry-level position (0-1 years of experience) is an opportunity to contribute to a team focused on delivering exceptional service quality to customers and patients. Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of technical and customer-facing duties to ensure the optimal performance and support of Philips Healthcare equipment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing Philips Healthcare (PH) equipment in accordance with established standards for quality and installation time.
  • Performing planned maintenance and equipment modifications within scheduled timelines and to PH quality standards.
  • Executing corrective maintenance, with support from the tier-2 support helpdesk when required.
  • Submitting service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports, and other assigned documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and potential commercial leads for Philips Lifecycle Solutions (PLS) during customer visits, providing feedback and recommendations to management and relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Representing PH professionally in customer interactions, addressing customer issues and ensuring personal acceptability through appearance and behavior aligned with PH policy and targets.

Qualifications and Educational Background

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:

  • Graduation in 2024 or later with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of technically complex systems is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English, in addition to the local language.
  • A customer-oriented approach.
  • Availability for business trips within Saudi Arabia, requiring a valid driving license.

Program Overview

This is a 12-month program designed to provide graduates with valuable skills and experience within a supportive multinational company. Participants will gain insight into the processes and structure of the Health Tech Business, working on challenging projects and understanding the interaction between technology and people. The program aims to foster professional growth within Philips.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires availability for business travel within the Kingdom.
