Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of design principles. As a Graphic Designer, you will work on a variety of design projects, from print materials to digital content, and collaborate with different teams to create compelling visuals that support our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visual content for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and design creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Develop graphics for both digital and print platforms that communicate messages effectively and visually.
• Prepare and optimize artwork for production or digital publication.
• Work with copywriters, photographers, and videographers to produce cohesive designs for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency in branding and design across all company materials.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to maintain innovative and creative design practices.
• Provide support in designing presentations, reports, and other internal company materials.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure the final product meets project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (typically 13 years) as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including both digital and print media.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in creating visual content for web, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (*, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
