About the Role

AlKhalejiah is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for creating integrated visual designs that support and enhance the company’s brand identity. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in achieving marketing objectives through various design initiatives across multiple platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Propose ideas, concepts, and visual models to effectively promote AlKhalejiah’s products and services.
• Edit and process images, fonts, and layouts using industry-standard design software.
• Ensure consistency of AlKhalejiah’s brand identity across all design projects and digital creative materials.
• Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure design projects align with operational requirements.
• Submit monthly performance and operational design reports to management.

Design and Content Creation Duties

• Design uniforms, logos, and a wide range of printed and digital materials, including magazines, brochures, user interfaces, product labels, reports, advertisements, and social media content.
• Create and deliver designs and related outputs utilizing necessary tools, equipment, and software.
• Develop visual content for social media posts and provide design solutions for marketing campaigns, promotions, brochures, flyers, banners, web pages, and email campaigns.
• Prepare image designs and perform video editing using specialized software, and propose concepts for uniform designs.
• Conduct photography and videography for projects, events, and products, ensuring visuals are of high quality and align with the company’s visual identity and design needs.

Compliance and Professional Development

• Comply with approved internal policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring alignment with relevant local and international standards.
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures outlined in AlKhalejiah’s Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Contribute to the improvement of graphic design processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare drafts and concepts for approval by the Creative Lead.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills to stay current with advancements in graphic design.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Graphic Designer position must possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
