Aroma City Group is a leading large-scale company operating within the Holding sector. The group is seeking to appoint an experienced GRC Manager to establish and lead its governance, risk, and compliance framework across the entire group and its portfolio companies.

The Role of GRC Manager

The GRC Manager will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer in Riyadh to safeguard value and support informed investment decisions. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and offers a monthly salary package ranging from SAR 22,000 to SAR 30,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the group-wide GRC framework, including policies, procedures, and delegation-of-authority matrices.
• Lead enterprise risk management by identifying, assessing, and monitoring key risks across the holding company and its portfolio, and ensuring the risk register is current.
• Ensure the group's compliance with Saudi regulations (CMA, MISA, ZATCA, Ministry of Commerce) and internal governance standards.
• Plan and execute risk-based internal reviews, and follow up on audit findings until resolution.
• Support risk and governance due diligence for new investments, acquisitions, and divestments.
• Prepare GRC reports and dashboards for the CIO, the Board, and the Audit and Risk Committees.
• Promote a risk-aware culture across the group through training and advisory support to portfolio companies.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead GRC frameworks in a complex organizational structure.
• Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory requirements (CMA, MISA, ZATCA, Ministry of Commerce).
• Experience in enterprise risk management and internal review processes.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering a competitive monthly package of SAR 22,000 to SAR 30,000. The role involves working within a dynamic holding company environment, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance governance and risk management practices.
