About the Role

A leading investment-backed organization is seeking a senior commercial real estate professional to join their team as the Head of Real Estate & Asset Management in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the performance, growth, and value creation of a large-scale real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping investment decisions, maximizing asset performance, and supporting the commercialization of diverse real estate assets including mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and income-generating properties. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify strategic opportunities, enhance portfolio returns, and champion long-term value creation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, acquisition, and optimization of real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop and execute asset-level and portfolio-wide value creation strategies.
• Drive commercial performance across a diversified portfolio of real estate assets.
• Oversee asset business plans, budgeting processes, and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, occupancy, customer experience, and overall asset value.
• Support leasing, commercial negotiations, and partnership initiatives as required.
• Assess redevelopment, repositioning, and expansion opportunities across existing assets.
• Work closely with development, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to maximize portfolio performance.
• Evaluate market trends, investment opportunities, and emerging sector developments.
• Prepare investment recommendations, business cases, and strategic reports for senior leadership.
• Support joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and third-party investor relationships.

Required Qualifications
