About the Role

Mehad is seeking an experienced and strategic Property and Facilities Development Manager to join our team. This full-time position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing and enhancing real estate assets and facilities. The role is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze real estate properties from a market value and expected return perspective.
  • Assess building conditions and identify opportunities for improvement and development.
  • Gather detailed data on performance and market trends.
  • Develop strategies for increasing property attractiveness and value.
  • Formulate investment strategies to enhance property value and returns.
  • Prepare financial and projected financial statements.
  • Manage financial performance and identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee budgets and capital expenditures, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Make informed investment decisions based on analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Attract investors by demonstrating high yield potential.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with investors and tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Provide necessary legal and contractual agreements.
  • Utilize modern real estate management systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience in managing and developing real estate properties.
  • Solid experience in increasing returns and revenues.
  • Demonstrated strategic and development skills.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and its trends.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in property and facility management.
  • Experience in contracts and leases.
  • A degree in Real Estate/Property is preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills for strategic issues.
