Join Hilton as an Assistant Spa Manager!
As an integral part of the Hilton team, an Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for assisting the Spa Manager in daily operations, team management, and training efforts. Your role will help deliver exceptional experiences to guests while striving to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Spa Manager in managing spa operations and ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.
  • Oversee client experiences including bookings, payments, and consultations.
  • Assist with recruiting, managing, training, and developing the spa team to ensure high-quality service.
  • Contribute to meeting annual budget and financial targets.
  • Effectively manage customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and COSHH regulations.
