About the Role
My Clinic KSA, a leading multispecialty outpatient care provider established in 2017, is seeking a Home Health Care Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. Role Overview
The Home Health Care Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient scheduling and coordination of home health care appointments and services. This role involves assisting patients in navigating their healthcare journey and providing essential administrative support to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate patient information and effective management of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient home health care appointments, including consultations, physiotherapy, lab sample extraction, nursing visits, and follow-up appointments with physicians and other healthcare providers, ensuring necessary insurance approvals are obtained and documented.
- Coordinate home health care services such as laboratory tests, imaging studies, and specialty referrals, ensuring timely completion and integration of results into patient care plans.
- Assist patients seeking home health care services by guiding them through the healthcare system, including information on insurance coverage, financial assistance programs, and community resources for diabetes management.
- Provide administrative support to home health care providers, managing appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and updating operational trackers.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, advocating for patient needs and preferences, addressing concerns, and facilitating access to services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, including proper file registration and insurance details.
- Solicit feedback from patients and families regarding their healthcare experiences and satisfaction with services.
- Collect validated deductible payments from healthcare providers and ensure accurate closing of weekly shifts.
- Perform other professional duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field.
