We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced team in Riyadh.

About the Role:
This role requires a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment. You will:

• Greet and assist guests throughout the booking process with personalized service.
• Represent Stella Stays, leaving a memorable first impression.
• Register guests and guide them through digital check-in/check-out procedures.
• Respond to and resolve guest issues positively and promptly.
• Support the guest experience and assist new team members.
• Prepare training materials and facilitate community meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of units.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, focused on delivering excellence.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A passion for the hospitality industry.
