Customer reception and encouraging the improvement of customer service and their satisfaction, and following up on disputes and complaints. - Responding to phone calls and emails - Encouraging the implementation of hotel policies and procedures - Presenting all the services we provide to the customer - Reviewing hotel prices and organizing the invoices accordingly. - Working with the team and handling work pressure. Skills and requirements: Proficiency in using computers. Ability to face the public. Required languages for the job: English - Good. Job type: Full-time. Salary range: 4,000 Saudi Riyals. Basic requirements: Gender: Male. This job is available for: Saudis only. Minimum education level: General secondary or equivalent. Minimum experience level: Beginner level (less than 1 year to 3 years of experience).

Job Summary
The Hotel Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-in/out procedures, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries professionally, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality guest experience, while coordinating services and special requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently managing check-in/check-out processes, and issuing room keys.
• Reservation Management: Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in-person.
• Front Desk Operations: Handle billing, invoice settlement, and payments (cash/credit card).
• Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Coordination: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
• Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and manage correspondence.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate guest records and keep the front desk area organized.

• Advanced English (spoken & written) + Arabic.
• 5 working days per week, 8-hour rotating shifts.
• Must be fully available (not enrolled in studies or other commitments).
• Hospitality/customer service experience is preferred.
