About the Position

The HR Manager will hold full responsibility for overseeing all human resources functions within the clinic, with a primary focus on organizational compliance. This role requires comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in Saudi Labor Law and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment contracts.
• Manage Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements effectively.
• Oversee payroll processing and adherence to the Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Maintain accurate employee records, including Qiwa and GOSI documentation.
• Administer employee leave entitlements and benefits programs.
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
• Establish and enforce internal HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Manage recruitment processes in line with national regulations, including expatriate employment requirements.
• Oversee employee relations and grievance procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
