We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition (HR) at Floaty Studio.

We’re a mobile game studio building our first titles, and right now, one of the most important things for us is bringing in the right people.

This role isn’t just about filling positions. It’s about understanding what kind of team we’re building, and helping us find people who actually fit , both in skill and mindset.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing the hiring process end-to-end
Sourcing and reaching out to strong candidates (especially in game dev)
Working closely with the founders to define hiring needs
Building a solid talent pipeline for future roles
Improving how we hire and how candidates experience the process

What we’re looking for:

Someone organized, proactive, and reliable
Strong communication skills
Good judgment when it comes to people and potential
Previous experience in hiring (gaming/tech is a plus, not required)

We’re still early, so you’ll have real impact from day one and a big role in shaping the team.

Requirements

Requires 2-5 Years experience
Expert or Advanced in English
