Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day HR operations.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Facilitate communication and coordination between the HR department and other departments.

Qualifications:

A university degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources or a related business field.
Experience in hotel operations is considered an asset.
